  I have a solution for you, but it is not easy to weld steel to aluminum. The Curt D-Ring Tie Down Anchor # J-705 is made of raw steel. It will not work well to weld on to your aluminum trailer because of the differences in the melting points of these metals. All of our weld-on D-rings are made of steel.
