What size [diameter] bolts does this part take?

I went out to the warehouse to measure the square holes in the Trailer D-Ring Tie Down, # LRB1. According to my measurements it will accept bolts no larger than 7/16 inches in diameter. A 3/8 inch bolt would probably be the most ideal size to use.
