For drivers who clock serious miles, this setup is built for steady, cool running on the interstate. The Provider ST175/80R13 radial tire carries 1,360 lbs at 50 psi with a Load Range C, and its M speed rating means it’s rated for 81 mph. Double steel belts, double polyester cords, and nylon tread overlays hold up under heat and load so you can count on long life and confident tracking at highway speeds.
If you tow near water or in wet weather, corrosion resistance matters. The 13" x 4-1/2" steel wheel uses an acrylic enamel finish that outlasts typical powder coat. It’s layered over a zinc phosphate pre-treatment and e-coat primer, tested to more than 1,000 hours of salt spray exposure. That means this white modular wheel stays looking clean and resists chipping or rust longer, even after seasons of use.
Nothing’s worse than lug nuts that work loose. This combo’s 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern fits standard hubs, and the beveled stud holes help keep the wheel tight against the hub face to eliminate repeated re-torquing. The rim has a 3.19" pilot diameter, zero offset, and a wheel capacity of 1,660 lbs for a solid match to the tire’s Load Range C rating.
When rain or snow hits, traction makes all the difference. The Provider tread uses automotive-style ribs broken by water channels and fine sipes that push moisture away from the contact patch. Combined with radial construction that flexes evenly across the width of the tire, it maintains sure footing on wet or slick pavement so your trailer tracks true behind you.

Skip the mounting shop—this tire comes already installed on its steel wheel and aired to proper pressure. It meets DOT specifications and exceeds FMVSS standards, backed by a 2-year limited warranty on both tire and wheel plus Platinum Plus roadside assistance coverage for emergency tire changes. Just bolt it up and roll out knowing you’re covered.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

Hi, I needed a spare for my motorcycle trailer so I purchased a matching set. Now I can switch between silver and chrome depending on my hair. Very efficient shipping (boxed). Thank you.
Perfect fit, Perfect Service. Perfect communication. Couldn't ask for a better company. Ordered spare tire the exact wheel and tire was in stock and shipped to order right away. Knew exactly the transit complete visibility and ETA. Tire was boxed up and was delivered with no damages.
Just got the tires and rims. They look good but what year were this tires mfg. DOT 10U. Does that mean they were made in 2010? I sure hope not!!
I’m a repeat customer with etrailer. As always, great service and timely communication on order status and shipping.
I had accidentally ordered the wrong size tires and William was very helpful in getting them returned as well as sending me the correct tires. Very pleased with the overall quality and efficiency and pricing.
Exactly what I needed at a fair price and on time. They had the same wheel tire combo that I'd ordered a couple years ago which is great.
The tires were shipped faster than I thought. I just got here and are about to go on my trailer
Good quality, fast free shipping, prompt delivery. Very happy
Nice Wheel and tire combo. They look really nice on my utility trailer. Shipping was quick.
Etrailer.com delivered radial trailer tires FAST.
Delivered to my door, accurate description, fully inflated, ready to put on trailer.
Great shopping experience. Thanks etrailer, and thanks Joshua B for the follow-up.
Bought it for a Spare tire. Tire was made Oct.2024 and I got the wheel/tire May 2026. No worries….. it’s a spare tire.
Tires came as promised. I have not installed them as of yet, but i really like the look. They should look great on my restored 1994 Starcraft popup. Can't wait to get it on the road again. Hopefully the end of July.
Great product selection and wonderful customer service. I especially liked the frequent updates on my order status.
Light, sturdy feeling, perfect pressure straight out of the box. Honestly this was my first time ordering any kind of tire online so i was a bit paranoid. But the vehicle selector narrowed down the search to this beauty. Fits like a glove on my old 2005 jayco jay series. while its too early for me to rate its longevity, i find the product feel reassuring.
On the first trip with these tires and wheels, All wheel weights broke off. Will have to have these balanced again. Tires and wheels are as expected
When the tires arrived, the hubs had a few stretches on them which I assume it from mounting the tires. I installed them and drove around the block. Even though it was a short drive, they seemed to be a much better upgrade than the bias ply tires I had on the trailer.
I also should add that I bought these because of the highway rating as I will be hauling my motorcycle to NY this summer.
UPS driver put the tire box at my back gate and was very kind to do so. I’ve ordered 5 new tire/rims for an Alaska trip and and a spare for my cargo trailer in the past. This tire will be a spare on my new trailer.
The 2 Provider Tires on Vespar rims are in excellent condition, mounted good and look in excellent condition.
They both arrived on time without damage, and customer service people were taking care of me by being upfront honest and respectfull.
Good job everyone at etrailer!
Excellent looking wheels and tires! The wheels are flawless - no scratches or chips.
I put these on a small utility trailer that I expanded for hauling my kayak and jon boat. The gross weight is very light so I reduced my tire pressure to about 75psi and took the trailer for its maiden test drive this past weekend. Handles great in town. It did 75-80mph on the highway no problem.
Many thanks to Sarah S for her assistance with my order. I could not be happier right now.
Side note, I also installed the Counteract Balancing beads (CA68VR).
Tires arrived quickly and have a good tread design. Time will tell how long they last.
Shipment was fast, communication was on from the order. They have Reps. available for questions etc. Will definitely use again! Thank you!
I was very disappointed to see that only the outside of my wheel was painted white. When mounted on my motorcycle trailer, both sides of the wheel are clearly visible. Unbelievable that the miniscule savings afforded by skipping this step is considered justified. I am now stuck, of course, because the delay to exchange or return it would be unacceptable.
If this is indicative of the quality I should expect from etrailer, this will be my last order.
All arrived in good condition. I was pleased that the wheels were balanced although it didn't appear that way on your website. These 81 mph-rated tires are being used to upgrade 8" tires on a small trailer to haul a Cushman Eagle at Interstate speeds

Upon receiving tiresrims, I checked for proper air pressure and mounted them on my trailer. Within 2days one went flat,I refilled after checking it and it went flat again. I took it off and put on the spare which went flat immediately. I could hear the air escaping I had to take them in and have new valve stems put on them. Have had no issues since.
