Will a baby moon hubcap fit on this wheel Provider St175/80r13 Radial W13 White Wheel - 5on4.5?

Baby moon hubcaps such as # AM90086 are designed to fit what are called conventional steel wheels but will not fit spoke wheels or mod wheels like the one with tire and wheel combo # TA43RR.
Tire and wheel combo # AM31241 has a conventional steel wheel but it has a -1/2 inch offset meaning that the wheel mounting surface is not in the center of the wheel. It is 1/2 inch further away from the trailer which moves the tire 1/2 inch closer to the trailer. If you have the space for it then this tire and wheel combo is the only option in the 175/80-13 tire size that will allow you to use the baby moons.
