Replacing your tires with a larger size on your 1993 Coleman camper is a matter of having enough clearance. If you want to switch to a 12" wheel and tire I recommend getting the smallest one you can. 5.70-8 tires like the # AM30153 have an outer diameter of 18" and section width of 5.8".
The # AM30740 you were looking at has an outer diameter of 21.9" so you are going to lose 1.95" of clearance on the top. You need a minimum of 3" for regular suspension travel. The # AM30540 which is a 4.80-12 has an outer diameter of 20.5" so you would only lose 1.25" on the top which is about as good as it gets moving to a 12" rim. This comes with a wheel that has a 4 on 4 bolt pattern. If you wanted 5 on 4-1/2 you can use the # AM30580. All of these have a smaller section width so inside clearance won't be a concern.
