The length is good on the EZ Flex system # K71-653-00 but the height may be different depending on where you are measuring that 4-3/4 inches. On the EZ Flex the distance from the center of the mounting hole to the center line between the 2 bottom holes, straight up and down, is 2-7/8 inches. If your 4-3/4 inch measurement is diagonal then you will be good to go with this kit.
For a u-bolt kit you can use # APUBR-9.
The shocks might actually feel more effective with the EZ Flex kit installed. I would keep them unless they're shot.
