Hi, everyone. Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at our Peterson LED side marker and clearance light with included grommet. Now, it's gonna come in this amber color, as you can see, and it has what's considered bullet-style connectors. So let's go ahead and take a closer look. So I do have this wired up here for demonstration purposes today.

Let's go ahead and shut off the overhead lights. So as you can see, it's a nice bright amber color, so it's gonna be nice and visible from the side of your trailer and whatnot, and very, very easy to see. A lot more safer than your regular incandescent bulbs, in my opinion. As you know, LEDs are a lot brighter. Let's turn the lights back on.

I will go ahead and disconnect this from my demo wires here real quick and show you the bullet connectors I was talking about. So very easy to install if you're used to this kind, they'll marry up with the female connector on your trailer. Again, if you don't have those, you could potentially, not recommended, but you could cut these off and hardwire, it's totally up to you. Otherwise, I recommend buying a different light that has bare wires from us. So that being said again, amber, it's about 1 1/16 inch diameter as far as the overall faceplate there with the included grommet, and that is a rubber grommet.

And it is about eight inches long overall with the leads and the wire itself. The lightface itself is only 3/4 inches diameter. And this, of course, is compatible with 12-volt DC systems.
