The trim ring was not tall enough for the installation. The new one is only 2" tall from the ridge on the part that goes up into the screen holder and the old one is 2 1/2" tall. I had to use the old trim ring so it would fit properly. In the picture you can see the new trim ring. The measurement on the part was taken on both the old one at the same location on the rings. I have had problems getting the proper parts for this fan. The trailer is a 2017 Coachmen but the fan from what we determined is a 2008 fan.
My order (Ceiling Garnish for a Ventline Roof Vent - 4-1/4" Leg - 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" - Birch White) shipped the same day I ordered it. The order arrived 2 days later and the package was in perfect condition. The part wS identical to the original, it installed easily and fit just right. Replaced our little bathroom fan with a powered one. The old trim piece was yellowed and brittle. This one replaced it perfectly.

Vent trim is outstanding! The cover looks still looks good after 1 year and several outings in the RV.

Shipped quickly and an easy part to rep lace.
Original order was with the screen sold separately. It didn't fit my rig it's a 1999 model, and the screen has these little 1/8"tabs at either end that prevent it from seating flush. Which keeps the garnish from mounting flush to the ceiling. Will try cutting them off later.
The part fit with the exception that I had to trim 1" from its height.
Not the right size vent cover. Am I able to return for a refund ?? Thanks Craig

Product has worked excellent and remained rain tight.
Needed to replace the vent on my travel trailer so I ordered this vent garnish. It arrived quicker than expected ??.It fit perfectly and looks great. I highly recommend etrailer.com for great products, prices and fast delivery.
Overall my experience was good.
Product is sufficient, and fits the corresponding part. If I were to make any changes it would be made thicker.
Shipping was slow. However that could have been due to holiday congestion.
