For inside vent and fan openings measuring 4-1/2" deep and 13-1/4" square you can use the Fan-Tastic Vents # FVK1060-80 for off-white, or Ventline # VA0445-28 for birch white.
If you need the replacement screen also, pick up a Fan-Tastic Vents # FVK2034-80
