looking for a roof vent ring for the bathroom ceiling fan vent. exterior dimensions are 16x16inch and interior hole is 13x13. depth is 3 7/8.

It sounds like you're looking for the ceiling garnish for a trailer's roof vent. The dimensions you give lead to me believe you have a standard 14-1/4 by 14-1/4 inch vent.
The two closest parts we have to fit your vent are # VA0445-28 in birch white and # VA0445-36 in polar white. Both have a leg (depth) of about 4-1/8 inches but that can be trimmed since you need it shorter.
