Question:

I am looking to replace ALL the rollers on my boat trailer. It is an older 1965 vintage so a make or model most likely wouldnt help. I have photos that can be emailed to you if I can have some contact information to send pictures to. Roller Information: Center - Four (4) 5/8" shaft, 5" wide & 3 1/2" dia. outside (smaller in center area) Sides - Twenty (20) 1/2" shaft, 1 1/8" wide & 2 3/4" dia. Rear Center One (1) 5/8" shaft, 7 1/2" wide & 3" dia. Outside (smaller in center area) Rear Center Outside Rollers - Two (2) 5/8" shaft, 3" wide & 3" dia. Rear Pivoting Sides - Two (2) 5/8" shaft, 11 5/8" wide (long) & 2 7/16" dia. Your assistance would be appreciated.

We do have some of the replacement rollers that will work for your vintage 1965 boat trailer, but we do not have some of the rollers you asked about. Thank you for the dimensions.

For the very front keel roller I recommend part # YR5213-5. This measures 5 inches long and works with a 5/8 inch diameter shaft. The three center rollers I recommend are part # YR5203-5. These are also 5 inches long and fit a 5/8 inch shaft.

We do offer bunk rollers and you can take a look at part # DL21754. This is the roller bunk with the rollers attached. It does require a different attachment bracket than the brackets you have on your trailer. The brackets are part # DL21762 and 4 are needed to mount a pair of roller bunks. We do not offer replacement rollers with the dimensions you gave me in your email.

For the guide rollers that swivel at the rear of the trailer we have part # YR12243-5. These are 12-inches long and work with a 5/8 inch shaft. We also have endcaps that are 2-1/2 inches long that fit 5/8 inch shaft and they are part # YR224-5. We do not offer 9-inch rollers for the guides that work with a 5/8 inch shaft pin.
