Question:

Hi / i am replacing bunk rollers on a boat trailer which has a older alumicraft 14 ft boat on it / boat loaded crooked and popped a bunch of the rollers off of it with mongrel size rollers i cant find thus a new replacement. while checking it out i noticed the center has straight spool rollers but boat has small sharp v which boat does not center in and has worn grooves on side where boat must sit /should this have rollers with a small v or does it just sit on top of flat roller? distance between center bracket is 4inch thanks

The Dutton-Lainson Boat Trailer Deluxe Roller Bunk - 5' Long Sections - 12 Sets of 3 Rollers # DL21741 would just allow the small v you mentioned to sit on top of the flat roller. Another option is to use the 2 roller style of the Boat Trailer Standard Roller Bunk - 5' Long - 12 Sets of 2 Rollers - by Dutton-Lainson # DL21755 which have a little more flexibility. You can attach this roller bunk with the Boat Trailer Roller Bunk Bracket for Dutton-Lainson Roller Bunks # DL21762 instead of the # DL21742 for the Deluxe Roller Bunks.

I recommend using the CE Smith U-Bolt - Zinc-Plated Steel - 3" Long x 3-1/8" Wide x 7/16" Diameter - Qty 1 # CE15252A to install these bracket and have attached videos to assist.
