Can Spring Seats of Trailer Axle Get Moved

Question:
can I get the spring seats loose? I need a 95 inch hub face to hub face with a 78 inch spring center to center. Thank you

The spring seats on trailer axles like the # e52GR that you referenced are welded on so you'd have to cut them off and have them rewelded if you needed to move them.
