With many hard covers, you lose the flexibility to haul taller items without taking the whole thing off. The BAK Revolver X2 changes that with its roll-up design built from ¼" thick, rustproof aluminum slats wrapped in a tough, UV-resistant vinyl skin. You get the strength and security of a hard cover, but it rolls up in seconds when you need full bed access. Built-in nylon straps and plastic buckles hold it behind the cab, so you can load up large gear and still keep the cover with you.
Bad weather doesn’t have to mean wet cargo. The Revolver X2’s matte black rubber seals line the rails, tailgate, and cab edge to help keep water from seeping in. The ultra-flush fit sits nearly even with your bed rails, cutting down wind drag while keeping a clean, factory look. The aerodynamic shape also helps reduce turbulence for smoother driving and improved fuel efficiency.
If you use ladder racks or overland gear, this cover plays well with others. Because it mounts inside the bed rails, stake pockets remain open for rack systems that use those points—like sliding ladder racks or accessory rails. You can carry tools, bikes, or kayaks above while keeping everything underneath locked down and out of sight.
Operating the cover is straightforward. Just drop the tailgate and pull one of the release cords at either corner to roll it up. When you close it again, the side rails rotate to lock automatically along the full length of the bed. The reinforced locking levers at the tailgate secure everything tight without needing adjustment—no Velcro, snaps, or extra steps.

Hi Laura - I am still pleased with my BAK bed cover. I dont like it quite as well as the previous version I had on my other 2013 Nissan Frontier truck which got stolen, hence the new cover, but I am still pleased with the product. The new cover doesnt roll or latch quite as smoothly as the old one, but it still works well. They also slightly changed the clips for anchoring the rolled up cover, and I find them harder to clip in and maintain tension on the strap, but again they do work. Thanks for following up.

My judgment has not changed. This cover is still excellent. If I ever get a different truck, this will be among my first accessory purchases.

Well, not so happy with the product. The carpeting fell off on the underside of the cover. Also the right side of the cover towards the tailgate shrank. Its been a few months since I started to have those issues and should of contacted you earlier for warranty. Hopefully its not too late for a warranty claim.
