Thule makes TracRac sliding ladder racks that are a fit for your 2018 Ford F-150 which would work well. You'd just need to know the length of your truck bed to pick out the correct part number. If you have a 6-1/2 foot bed you'd want the part # TH43002XT-501, if you have an 8 foot bed you'd want the part # TH43003XT-000, or if you have a 5-1/2 foot bed you'd want the part # TH43002XT-508.

Then for a tailgate mounted bike rack the Softride Shuttle Pad part # SR26457 would fit and work great too.

There is one tonneau cover that we know fits with the TracRac sliding racks, the Bak Revolver. It installs between the bed rails and is narrow enough that it does not interfere with the ladder rack. For that you'd want the part # BAK39327 for if you have a 6-1/2 foot bed, # BAK79329 for if you have a 5-1/2 foot bed, or # BAK79328 for if you have an 8 foot bed.
