I would like some recommendations on a ladder rack and tonneau cover setup that would work on a 2017 F150 super crew with 6.5foot bed. Thank you.

Ladder rack and tonneau cover fits can affect one another; you can use a combination of the two items so long as they do not require the same mounting points on the bed rails. Some covers mount inside the rails while other mount on top of them. Since you want to use both a tonneau cover and a ladder rack you'll want a cover that installs inside the rails.
The BAK Revolver X2 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK39327 will work great along with the TracRac SR sliding rack system # TH43002XT-501 and # TH43002XT-501EX since they use different mounting points.
