While there is a tonneau cover that can be used with the Invis-A-Rack Folding Ladder Rack # DZ951600 that fits your 2019 Ford F-150 with a 6-1/2 foot bed, the cover you are referring to is a Truxedo Lo Pro that was specifically designed to fit with the Invisi-A-Rack; that cover is no longer available so the best option is a different rack and tonneau.
The Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH43002XT-501 installs on top of the bed rails of your F-150 you will need a cover that installs inside your bed rails and we have found the only covers that fit with a ladder rack are the BAK Revolver X2 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK39327 or BAK Revolver X4s # BAK27ZR.
