Delivery was On Time and exactly what I ordered.
I setup installation at a Service Station recommended in my area by etrailer and the time to install was pretty much what etrailer stated at their website. I opted to keep the connector inside my trunk, the cable length is sufficient for hookup & connection at the trailer hitch.
Very easy install. No need to cut into the car's wiring given the 4 compatible taillight connectors provided. The battery on my 2018 Toyota Camry Hybrid is in the trunk, so all the wiring was contained in the trunk. The quiescent current is zero, so no drain on the battery. Very nice package!
The wiring harness itself is a very nice product. Connectors fit perfectly with the Camry's connectors. The instruction sheet is something else. No mention of routing the battery power wire between the battery and the black box of the harness. The video is for a 2010 Camry, so the directions for routing this wire do not work for my 2018 Camry.

I checked and in the manual it talks about routing the power wire at step #7. This harness fits models 2018 - 2022 Toyota Camry and we do not currently have a video on an installation however we do have a FAQ on routing power wires that is very helpful.

The Tekonsha 118763 trailer wiring kit for my 2019 Toyota non-hybrid Camry installed smoothly. I had not used a wiring kit that required no wire splicing (except the power wire, that is). The most difficulty is running the power wire from the battery, getting into the trunk trim, and tying up the extra wires so the trim goes back on.
Oddly, the unit did not function properly at first. Running lights were fine and brake lights worked well, but the turn signals both flashed "dim/dimmer" alternately when either signal direction was levered. On a whim I turned on the emergency flashers and both lights were appropriately flashing brightly in unison. Oddly, after that, the signals worked properly. That odd behavior is why the Tekonsha unit only gets 4 stars and not 5. If I had not thought to try the flashers I would have pulled the unit out and returned it.

I got the hitch on ok. I had to buy a rotary file for my 3/8 drill to enlarge hole. The wiring I couldn't firgure out how to route the wire from battery to trunk. I made an appointment for garage to do that part.

The controller has not been installed as of yet. I was a bit disappointed in the fact that when I placed my order it was available and then it was on back order upon receiving my confirmation number. It did arrive on the projected date though.

Perfect fit for 2019 Toyota Camry. For my occasional usage it was best to connect the power supply wire (7 ft long) into a 12V plug and use the car 12V outlet when towing a trailer (to power the trailer lighting). I just keep the cord coiled up in the trunk under the mat when not in use.
A 'permanent' installation of running the power supply wire through the engine firewall and into the engine compartment to the battery would have been very difficult, expensive and unneeded.

After 1 year the trailer hitch has proven to be robust and stable. I installed it myself in my driveway. I put grease in the areas where holes were drilled and where there is metal to metal contact to prevent rust given salt is used here in winter. It should outlast the car!
