Does anyone make a hitch for 2021 Toyota Camry hybrid xse?

They sure do! I'd recommend the Curt Class I hitch, part # C11576. Curt confirms that the hitch fits all models of the 2021 Camry, including the Hybrid model.

If you'll be doing some light duty towing with the hitch, you'll need a few other items to complete your setup. For a trailer wiring harness, use # 118763. You'll also need a ball mount, part # C45521, a # PC2 hitch pin and # A-80 for a 1-7/8 or # A-82 for a 2 inch hitch ball.
