I recommend using the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118763 on your 2023 Toyota Camry Hybrid. This is a plug and play style harness which connects to the factory connectors for your tail lights. It will require you to run a power wire to the 12 volt battery. This provides power to the lights on the trailer so you do not put the strain on the factory tail light wiring.
