Yes, the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118763 will fit and work properly on your 2018 Toyota Camry SE. This harness attaches to your OE connectors behind your tail lights in the trunk. You will need to run a power wire to the battery to power the converter module as this is where power for the trailer lights come from to prevent any excess draw on the factory wiring.
If you choose to run the 4-way connector outside your trunk permanently you can use the Mounting Brackets # 18140 and # 18144 to attach it to a receiver like the Draw-Tite # 36643.
