Looking to get a hitch for my new 2020 Camry to tow a small kayak trailer. Will the custom lights harness for the 2019 work? Not listed as compatible yet but the trailer hitch is the exact same so Im hoping the wiring harness is too, not really trying to hardwire it myself

Since the 2020 Toyota Camry did not change from the 2019 models the Tekonsha trailer wiring harness # 118763 that you referenced will fit your 2020 Camry. The Curt hitch part # C11576 is also a fit too and a solid choice.
