To add a hitch to your 2023 Toyota Camry, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C11576. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Camry with included hardware. This hitch is confirmed to fit all models of the 2023 Camry including the hybrid. This is a class I hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver. There are no class III hitches available.

I really like the Curt Hitch because the crosstube mounts behind your rear bumper. This not only helps with ground clearance because all you will be able to see is the 1-1/4" receiver. I have attached a couple of pictures below along with an installation video so you can see the final product.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C59236 or item # 118763 for a hybrid and the Draw-Tite Drawbar item # 3593 and then for hitch balls item # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or item # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
