This hitch was very easy to install and it fit perfectly. It took about 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete. The video instructions were very clear. They were right on the money with their time estimate, had I planned ahead I could have gotten it done quicker.
Tow packages aren't standard on SUV's anymore and prices are sky high to have hitches installed by "professionals". These hitches are so easy to install that nearly anyone will get professional results and save a lot of money.
In addition to saving money and the satisfaction of doing this myself, I like the fact that I can hide the hitch if I want to.

So far it’s been a great process but I haven’t been able to install the parts yet. As soon as I do I’ll let you know how it went

Glad to hear the wiring is working well for you. As far as electric bike racks go, part # S64678 may be a good place to start. It is rated to be used on the back of motor homes as well. It can hold two sixty pound e bikes with tires up to five inches wide. This rack works on one and one quarter inch to two inch hitches. At this time it is the most economical option, but sometimes prices can fluctuate so just be aware of that.
Easy to install, the videos on hitch and also electrical wire harness were helpful! I called customer service with a question and she told me what video to watch and minutes and seconds in the video where it shows how to solve my problem
This mounting bracket was the way to go when installing our Draw-Tite trailer hitch and T-One Wiring Harness on our 2020 Traverse. Bolted right on to the provided mounting plate on the hitch. Out of the way, yet easy access.

Great product at a great price. The wiring harness(118761) just plugs into the factory plug on our 2018 Traverse ,very easy install if done at the same time of hitch installation when the rear bumper cover is off the vehicle. Works fine.
Just had my e-trailer hitch install everything went very well. I really like the fact that the hitch is hidden behind the bumper of my Traverse. Good product good price and good service.
Great fit, all the components and hardware required for the hitch installation were included, even the fishing wire for the bolts. Highly Recommend using these guys. Would recommend buying the wire harness with the hitch and installing before placing the back panels back on.
I bought this along with the hitch for my Traverse. It was easy, just plug it and secure the wires. If I need to install another hitch to another vehicle, I will look for the same thing.

Havent used it yet. Its a COVID thing.
Works great no issues with this item. Makes connecting trailer stop and taillights simple.
The Curt hitch did nit fit exacrly, it was bent. Probably dropped during transport. Followed etrailer recommendations to correct, worked great. No issue with the wiring harness. I have yet to receive the wiring test device

Placed order and it was at my door 2 days later. Faster delivery than the giant online e-commerce company. I mainly decided to buy from etrailer because they take the time to provide great easy to follow installation videos that made installing simple.
A friend and I today put on the hitch and the wire harness. It took us a few hours for a couple guys that are 63 years old.
As perfect as perfect gets as for as OEM fitment,however the instructions should instruct you to ground the loop, not just leave if for you to assume in case you are not familiar with auto electronics.
