Yes, the rear access panel on a 2019 Chevrolet Traverse can be reattached after the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # CU29FR is installed. Therefore, there will be no signs a hitch is present with this cover installed as no other part of it is visible from the rear of the vehicle. The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver is a great option to as it does not require any cutting or drilling for installation. I have personally installed this trailer hitch myself and can confirm the above and assure you the install process is much less daunting than it appears. If you will be towing a trailer, I have attached some other parts you might want to consider below.
