Question:

I want to fit a 7 pin plug to my truck and the unit that should fit my truck appears to have a round connector, but the plug underneath my truck is rectangular

The correct 7-way kit for your 2018 Ford F-150 that matches the rectangular connectors you sent us a picture of is the Curt part # C56413. I attached a picture our installers took that shows this connecting to same connectors.

Is there a way to have a 4 and a 7. With these rectangular connectors ?

There isn't a complete harness kit for your F-150 that includes both a 4-Way and 7-Way but that doesn't mean there isn't still a way to get this type of setup. You could use the Curt # C56413 mentioned above and then just add an adapter like # PK12716 when needed.
