2018 Ford F-150. Do you have an item like #30717 that you do not have to connect wires? Why would I have to connect wires when the truck is wired already to the4 wire flat? Something like the economy 4 wire adapter but with the 30717 round end that the trailer plugs in.

To install a 7-way on a 2018 Ford F-150, you'd use the Curt # C56413 which installs as shown in the linked video.
