Hello John, thanks for getting in touch. 4-flat connectors like the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118761 you were looking at do not have a reverse light function. You can reverse light function my converting it to 5-flat using the Curt Trailer Connector Adapter # C57187.

Reverse light function should be wired to the factory connector so a better solution is you can add a 7-way to the vehicle and use an adapter like part # A10-7275VP. I see that you were looking at parts for a 2023 Chevy Traverse. The correct 7-way harness for this vehicle is the Curt # C56393. Or get the Curt # C57187 for a 4-flat.
