I have the same problem where my 4runners tail light converter box quit working. Would this item plug into my wiring? If not, do you have a similar product for a 2000 4Runner? Thanks!

We have a trailer wiring harness that will fit your 2000 Toyota 4Runner but it is not the part # C55365 that you referenced. Instead, you'd need the part # 118341 which will plug in line with the taillight harnesses of your 4Runner and give you a new trailer wiring setup.
