Question:
will it fit for 2000 Lexus LX470? Is it the same location on 2000 Lexus LX470 as well to be pluged in? thanks.

I have a trailer wiring solution for you, but the part # C55365 that you referenced is only designed to fit up to a 1999 Lexus LX470 so I can't recommend it for you.
Instead you would want the # 119178KIT. This is a hardwire kit that will require you to splice into your factory taillight circuits, but it will work once installed.
