I bought a used 2016 F250 with a BandW gooseneck hitch already installed.. Will these bags interfere with that or is there an alternative mounting bracket I can use? I’ve searched for a while now and all I can find is parts for the hitch to be compatible with the bags but not vice versa. I don’t really want to remove the hitch. I do not use it at the moment but plan on upgrading to a fifth wheel eventually.

Yes, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Springs # AL88396 will work on your 2016 Ford F-250 with the B&W Turnover Ball # BWGNRK1111 installed.
I recommend using the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL74000EZ to inflate your air bags. This system uses a smart manifold which will allow you to adjust your air pressures to each air bag individually from either the included wireless remote or through the Air Lift App on your smart phone. It will also ensure that the settings are maintained to within 3psi of your setting whenever the system is active. This is great for preventing the bags from becoming under inflated and damaging the bags.
When you are ready to upgrade to your 5th wheel the B&W Companion 5TH Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3500 for long beds or # BWRVK3400 for short beds will allow you to simply remove your turnover ball and set the hitch in place. This is great for adaptability and ensures that when you need your bed you don't have to worry about rails that get in the way.
