Yep, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers # AL88396 are absolutely compatible with the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1111.
Just for clarity, the GNRM1111 is the same as the # BWGNRK1111 for your 2011 Ford.
