If your Air Lift System similar to the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers # AL88396 is leaking by the brass you should:
- Check the threaded connection by tightening the swivel fitting another ½ turn. If it still leaks, deflate the air spring, remove the fitting, and re-coat the threads with thread sealant. Reinstall by hand tightening as much as possible and then use a wrench for an additional two turns.
Often times when that area is leaking, it is because the fitting is not in tight enough. If you have completed these steps and it is still leaking then you likely need a replacement bag. If you can let me know the model number of your bags, I would be happy to recommend the correct replacement bag for your system.
