The flush design keeps the crossbars tight to the roofline for a clean, from-the-factory look. The bars don’t extend past the feet, so everything stays compact and blends in nicely. It gives your setup a more polished appearance while keeping things aerodynamic and streamlined.
Driving with a roof rack can add noise, but these aero-style crossbars help keep it down. The aerodynamic profile works with rubber strips in the top channels to reduce wind noise and vibration. Because the strips are split, they let you slide accessories into place without trimming, and they close back up to help seal out the wind.
Whether you’re loading up kayaks, bikes, skis, or a cargo box for a road trip, these bars are ready for it. They accept both channel-mount and clamp-on accessories, so you can use the gear you already have or mix in new attachments. Compatible with most bike, watersport, snow, and cargo carriers, this rack makes swapping setups simple.
Made from aluminum and built to handle up to 165 lbs (always follow your vehicle’s load limits), these crossbars provide solid support for your gear. They’re lightweight yet sturdy enough for heavy-duty use when hauling boats, boxes, or camping gear. The durable construction means you can trust it on long drives or weekend adventures.
If you want to lock down your setup, the Thule One-Key System (sold separately) works with these bars and channel-mounted accessories. It’s an easy way to deter theft when your vehicle is parked at a trailhead or campsite—just one key keeps everything secure.

Solid structural piece. End caps fit loosely. Whistles loudly at anything over 30 MPH. Weatherstripping blew out first time down the road.
When a last-minute change to our travel plans required the addition of a rooftop carrier for additional luggage the team at etrailer was there to get me the required items in time for our departure. I am very appreciative of the above and beyond effort made by the etrailer team!
It took me a VERY long time to figure out what I needed to mount my Hullivator on my 22 Subaru Outback Limited. I bought the wrong parts on round 1, and finally after 2 yrs of frustration, asked AI what I needed. I don't entirely trust AI, but it got me on the right track. I asked the 'chat' person on etrailer about the AI suggestion, and the gal who helped me, Autumn, said the feet part was correct, but to use this fit kit. I ordered it immediately. Today was the day. Of note, this fit kit has specific parts for the front and rear passenger side and front and rear driver side. Pay attention to the photo directions!! The parts are different for each side. On my Outback, they mount at 69cm apart. The cladding and design of the Outback roof system leaves much to be desired, but this worked and I'm looking forward to FINALLY using my Hullivator.
For XXX bucks I thought it would include the keys. Not plastic plugs. Instructions say it should have key. They even talk about how to store the key. My advice to anyone is buy it directly from dealer.
We bought a new vehicle that we already had several Thule accessories for. Purchased the fit kit for our Tahoe along with the Flush Rail feet and they fit perfectly.
Initially I was worried that I good not get a good Roof Rack configuration to match my 2022 Kia Telluride. When I asked etrailer for some assistance on the configuration, Jon was quick to reply with an excellent solution. He definitely knew the products. Unfortunately, my initial shipment was damaged but Gwen and team quickly got me replacements in the mail. I have received and installed all components and couldn't be more satisfied.
