These heavy-duty crossbars are made from aluminum and built to handle serious loads. Each bar is 59" long, 1-5/8" wide, and 1-7/8" tall, giving you a solid platform for hauling gear on long trips or weekend adventures. With a weight capacity of 165 lbs (within your vehicle’s roof limits), they’re tough enough for kayaks, camping gear, or extra cargo when you need it most.
The square bars have top channels that work perfectly with Rhino-Rack Heavy Duty accessories like ladder rollers, load stops, and eyebolts. The rubber strips in those channels help cushion your gear and reduce slipping during travel. Whether you’re loading up for a job site or a getaway, the setup stays stable and quiet mile after mile.
The system includes (4) 2500 Series legs with lockable cover plates that secure the rack to your naked roof. The custom fit design keeps the rack tight and stable without shifting around. Once locked down, it stays put so you can drive with confidence, knowing your crossbars and gear are safe.
Each part of this setup is made to handle the elements. The black aluminum bars resist corrosion, while the legs and fit kit come backed by limited warranties—crossbars for a limited lifetime, legs for 5 years, and fit kit for 5 years. The good thing is the feet you already have fit the aero bars. When you want to upgrade, all you would need to get is item # RRVA150B-2. I would check your set up to ensure that the rubber strip is all of the way pressed in. If the channel is open to the wind, it will whistle.

Its working well. Hasnt loosened up and has supported the Curt open cargo box with my ham antennas over many mountain roads here in New Mexico.
