Good evening, I am thinking of purchasing a Rhino Rack roof rack, heavy duty. I owned one that fit a 2018 truck and it does not fit the current 2023 that I have. Will the older universal multi purpose holders work? They were used on aero 2500 bars, are in great condition, and functioned well for me. I was hoping to save some money and repurpose them for a new rack. The holder I had were the post type on the underside of the top and two typesone for aero and the other for heavy duty barsof bottom pressure/clamp like pieces that turned to secure the holders to the bars. The newer holder look like they have clamps with nuts and bolts. Thanks

In order to install Rhino-Rack HD bars on your 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 you'll need the following parts:
- 59" HD Crossbars # RB1500B-2
- 2500 Series Legs for HD Bars # RRRLKHD
- DK Fit Kit # DK427
I'm not 100% sure what multi-purpose holders you're referring to but if you send me some photos of the parts you have I'd be more than happy to help you minimize the amount of parts you're needing to purchase so you can have a roof rack on top of your truck!
