I have used my Edge tuner for a year now and it has performed well, for the most part. I really like all the features and controls. I like being able to monitor nine different system functions at the same time, and the ability to change which functions I monitor. One of the most important features is the engine shut-down timer. I can switch the engine off, get out of the truck and walk away, and the timer will stop the engine when the EGT (exhaust gas temperature) is down to a safe level. I bought the optional back-up camera, and the reason I didn't give the unit five stars is because of the difficulty of switching the camera off. I can swipe the screen to turn the camera on, but I can't turn it back off. I usually just turn the engine off and re-start to get back to the screen I want. The camera interface is not good. I have had to unplug the unit, not the camera, three times to get its functionality back because it had locked up. I expected a little more reliability from a unit that costs so much.

- Can the Cold ECT Defuel Be Turned Off on Edge Juice with Attitude CTS2 for 2005 Silverado DuramaxSince the Cold ETC Defuel function is a safety feature on your Edge CTS2, like the Juice with Attitude CTS2 # EP21501, it cannot be turned off for your 2005 Chevrolet Silverado Duramax. My contact at Edge says the heads on the Duramax engines are made from aluminum, so not having the Cold ECT Defuel on can cause damage to the engine. This is why the temperature setting is as high as it is for the Duramax. Though the feature cannot be turned off, you can certainly still use your Edge...

In the pic you'll see PCM harnesses, the module, the monitor, EGT probe, plug for the OBD2 connection, mounting bracket as well as a few other harnesses/cables. This will give your truck up to 125 horsepower and 325 ft lbs torque.
