There is an option to mount the Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Roof Tray # RR62TB you were looking at to the roof of your 2020 Jeep Gladiator Hardtop.

You will need to first install the Rhino-Rack HD Crossbar Roof Rack System which uses 59" Rhino-Rack Heavy-Duty Roof Rack Crossbars # RB1500B-2, and Rhino-Rack Roof Rack Legs - Gutter Mount # RRRL110S5-2. You will also need Pioneer Platform Mounting Kit for Rhino-Rack Heavy-Duty Crossbars # RR43105. The only down side of this system is that it will only give you about 50lbs of weight capacity to store on the Pioneer # RR42112BF due to the roof rack system having a maximum weight capacity of 88lbs.

If you wanted an option that gave you a higher weight capacity you would need the Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Rack with Backbone Mounting System which uses 48" Long x 56" Wide Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Rack with Backbone Mounting System # RR25QJ and Rhino-Rack Backbone Roof Rack System # RR65QJ. This system will require drilling into the roof but will offer a weight capacity of 220lbs. I included a picture of this system installed on a 2020 Jeep Gladiator for you to take a look at.
