Hello, I need some help and am not sure where to start. I have a Ford F250 Crew Cab that I use to haul my 5th wheel. Im looking for a rack system to carry my two kayaks on the roof since my bed is taken up by my hitch. I would like something with lift assist if possible. I have two kayaks 12 footers not short. I am starting with a bare roof. What can you recommend?

To add a roof rack to your 2023 Ford F-250 crew cab, I recommend the following parts:
Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Legs for Vortex Aero Crossbars - Naked Roofs - Qty 4 item # RRRLKVA
Custom DK Fit Kit for 4 Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Roof Rack Legs - Naked Roof item # DK498
Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 59" Long - Qty 2 item # RRVA150B-2
Or the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 65" Long - Qty 2 item # RRVA165B-2 if you use a lift assist kayak carrier. You'll need longer crossbars to clear the side of your truck. If you end up using the Lockrack Adjustable Watersport Carrier item # LR24VR you were looking at you won't need the longer crossbars.
For a lift assist kayak carrier, I recommend the Thule Hullavator item # TH898. It will hang down 40" from the top of your crossbars. The Hullavator takes up 28-1/2" of cross bar space so the 65" bars will work with two. You need 4" - 8" of overhang on each side to allow the Hullavator's fold down assist function to work properly which is why you need the longer 65" item # RRVA165B-2 over the standard 59" item # RRVA150B-2.
