We do have an aero-style roof rack for your 2018 Land Rover Range Rover Sport that has a bare roof and it comes from Rhino-Rack. Rhino-Rack's Vortex Series racks provide exceptional value as compared to the competing products from Thule and others. These wing-like cross bars will indeed generate less wind noise than all other bar shapes.

For your Sport I recommend the black ROC25 rack, part # RR94XR. I recommend this specific one because it will provide the nicest and most-OEM-like appearance thanks to the discrete finish on its aluminum bars. Since the ends of the bars terminate in the rack feet instead of sticking out past them this rack will look much more like it came on the vehicle, instead of announcing itself as an aftermarket part.
