Is the heavy duty rack stronger than the vortex. They are both rated at 165# but I saw a video that said that it was stronger

The bar of the Heavy Duty Rhino Rack roof racks like the part # RB1500B-2 is designed to be stronger than a Vortex like the # RRVA150B-2 but the feet of the racks are made so similarly that they become the weakest component and the reason the HD bars have same rating as Vortex.
