I’d like to purchase the Yakima Long Arm Extender, height extension and a single bar roof rack for my truck. Please advise on which roof rack I should use with price options.

Rhino Rack roof rack crossbars and feet can be purchased so as to easily come up with a single crossbar roof rack but unfortunately the vehicle specific fit kits are sold in quantities of 4 clamps, so you'll end up with two extras.
To install a single crossbar rack on your 2018 F250 Crew Cab, I'd recommend going with the Vortex Aero crossbar. You'll need the following:
-Vortex Aero Crossbar, part # RRVA150S
-Vortex Aero Half Foot Pack, part # RRRLKVAH
-Vehicle Specific fit kit, part # DK498
You'd also mentioned the height extension for the # Y01149 Yakima LongArm, which is part # Y01150
