Question:

Hi. I am looking for a rack for 2 Kayaks, Feel free Nomad approx. 45#. I drive a 2014 Toyota Avalon with a sunroof and no rack. Thanks I dont want to buy a new vehicle so I can transport Kayaks.

I recommend to use the Inno Aero Crossbars part # INXB130-2 with feet part # INXS250 and fit kit part # INK578. The Inno roof rack can be used on the naked roof with sunroof as long as you don't open the sunroof when the rack is installed to avoid possible damage to the kayak carrier, sunroof and prevent unbearably loud wind noise.

For the Kayak carrier, I recommend the Malone Stax Pro2 Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs - Post Style part # MPG115MD which will allow you to carry the 2 kayaks. It is very similar to the Thule The Stacker part # TH830 but comes with foam blocks to protect the kayaks and at a better price. The Malone Stax has a 50 lb per kayak weight capacity, you didn't mention how much the other kayak weighed so please keep that in mind. The Malone Stax works well to carry 2 kayaks on their sides with the included foam blocks and the post style support system. I recommend to use the t-slot hardware part # MPG915 to install the Malone Stax to the t-slots of the Inno Cross bars to make mounting the carrier easier.
