The versatile Enforcer lets you carry 1 bike with a 9-mm quick-release skewer or a 15-mm thru-axle fork on your vehicle's roof. The rear-wheel cradle adjusts to accommodate bikes of different lengths, and the universal hardware mounts to most crossbars.
This rack will hold a bike with a 9-mm quick-release skewer, a 15-mm thru-axle fork, or even a 20-mm thru-axle fork with an adapter tube (S64715 - sold separately).
Easily mount your bike on the rack. Just remove your front wheel, and place your bike's fork on the included 9-mm skewer. Tighten the nut at the end of the skewer, and close the cam lever to secure the fork. Lock the skewer to secure your bike's fork to the rack.
If your bike has a 15-mm thru-axle fork, remove the set screw on the black end cap located at the front of the rack. Remove the 9-mm skewer that comes with the rack, and insert the 15-mm adapter tube.
You can mount your bike's 20-mm thru-axle fork on the rack with an adapter. Just remove the rack's 9-mm skewer and the set screw on the black end cap located at the front, and insert the 20-mm adapter tube.
The rear-wheel cradle slides along the tray to accommodate bikes of different lengths. The ratchet strap secures your wheel to the tray, and it includes a rubber rim adapter to provide the best fit around your tire.
The Enforcer easily installs on your crossbars with universal mounting hardware. Clamp the brackets around your crossbars, and tighten them with the hand knobs. Use the included 100-mm bolts to fit larger diameter crossbars.

That model of roof bike rack allows fork mount to be moved back and forth as other models seems to only offer "fixed" position directly above cross bar.
Price is reasonable.
Con:
Outside diameter of the adapter used with 9 mm skewer is way smaller, that inside diameter of the holder it goes into, resulting in significant wobbling of bike even when skewer is tight. Fixed the problem wrapping piece of aluminum flashing around adapter to make it fit much tighter and that stoped wobbling.
Expect to have adapter and holder to match each other way better.
Overall we were very pleased with this bike roof rack. The install was easy and we can take it on/off quickly when we have to accommodate other items on the crossbars. I especially like the integrated wheel holder, it’s very stable and I don’t have to worry about locating a Velcro strap. Price point was more affordable than other brands and no loss in quality. Would buy again if we had a need!
