I recommend the Swagman Enforcer Roof Bike Rack # S64704, which fits tires up to 4" wide and would work for you. This rack has a fork block which works with bikes that have 9-mm quick-release skewers and 15-mm thru-axle forks and fits round, square, aero, elliptical, and most factory crossbars with a minimum spread of 24".
