Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with e-trailer.com. Today we're going to take a quick look at the replacement strike plate for your RV baggage doors. This is going to be designed to work with your Global Link baggage door lock, but it will also work with most other RV baggage doors and latches. Very simple to get this installed.You're just going to install two screws there on the inside of your luggage compartment, and then this lip will fit over the sill there so that it gives a nice, solid stainless steel place for your latch to catch onto. Because this is a stainless steel construction, it's going to be very corrosion and rust resistant.

So it should last you a nice long time, do a good job for you.Our measurements overall, we're looking at right about two and a half inches, total width or height. When we have this installed, it's going to be right about three quarters of an inch tall. It does come with just the one strike plate, but if you are needing a new strike plate for your RV baggage door, this is going to be a great option for you.
