Obviously great quality! Not hard to install; however, I suggest watching [online] video prior to installation. Manual with pictures wasn’t very helpful.

I had a great trunk rack. However, it would not hold an E bike due to the weight. This rack does a great job of holding my E bike. The rack also allows for me to get into my hatch where a trunk rack would not.

Great product! Easy to assemble, install, and especially easy to load/offload bicycles!

The Thule T2 Pro XTR rack is outstanding. It is sturdy and built to last, and the wheels make it easy to slide up to the trailer hitch and engage it easily. The tilt feature leaves adequate access to the back of my Subaru Forester. The bikes ride in complete security. My one quibble is that the locking cables are far too short to be useful on our bikes.

Works great for carrying our e-bikes and mountain bikes. Solid construction. Stable and secure in use. Integral cable locks are nice. On our 2012 Rav4, there's plenty of clearance between the spare tire cover and nearest bike. Clearance is adequate between the spare cover and carrier with the carrier folded up.

Great bike carrier; exactly what I was looking for. Holds 2 bikes very securely and easy to attach and remove from the vehicle.

This an outstanding rack. I have 2 fat tire mountain bikes. They both fit cleanly and securely in this rack. It is easy to assemble if you jump on[line video]. The instructions that come with it are terrible. We used for the first time today. Had an hour each way and it performed beautifully. Excellent investment if you are looking to upgrade. The wheels on the rack make it super easy to get it to your hitch. As usual, etrailers provided great service and communication all the way through delivery.

I have no issue with etrailer.com. My order was shipped promptly and as usual their communication was stellar. When I received the product, the box had several holes in it and over half the assembly hardware was missing. I got replacement hardware locally. I bought the rack to carry our e-bikes on the back of our trailer. It replaces a Kuat that isn’t heavy enough to do the job. The product seems sturdy enough but the assembly instructions are pitiful; some of the worst I have ever seen. You’d think that a product at this price point would have decent instructions. Thank heaven for [online videos] In comparison with my Kuat, the fit and finish is much better on the Kuat. I do have high hopes for this product, but so far the jury is out.

This rack is well built from good materials, many thanks to those that posted assembly videos on u-tube as they are much better that Thule’s included instructions. It’s not that assembly is hard, actually its quite easy but the included instructions do more to confuse, mainly installing the key tumblers into the locks. I run a RAM 1500 with the factory installed 2” receiver, and carry two 55lbs. E-Bikes. The rack performs exactly as demonstrated on videos, and the rollers are a nice addition, as I never leave the rack on my truck unless carrying bikes. When the bikes are loaded you do need to lift a bit on the loaded rack to be able to pull the handle to unlock for tilting. I feel the locking cables that come with the rack are too short, I really need to struggle to get them back to the arms to lock. The rack installs/removes very easily and maintains great separation between my bikes, (they are not fat tired). Had to remove the front fender from wife’s bike, but knew that going in. The rack carry’s our bikes very well, they are always as solid in the rack when I get to my destination as when loaded. Be advised I have never carried them more than 25 miles yet but trust it would do just as well on a long haul. Only non-favorable comment to make, I am retired after near 40 years in design and technical work in the manufacturing sector, and have a good Idea of what things should cost. Although this is a good product Thule must be making a huge profit on these things at the $700.00 selling price. E-trailers service was excellent, received the rack in three days after purchase.

This is the most we've ever invested in a bike rack but we decided we needed to because we bought two new ebikes. My husband put it together in 20 minutes. He calls it a "beast". He loves how easy it is to load and unload the bikes. Also, the bikes have the least movement while transporting of any bike rack we've ever used. We love this bike rack, it can easily handle two ebikes and we love that we can add two more slots for additional bikes if needed in the future.

Works great with larger than average wheelbase bikes (new Stumpjumper). Easy to use, the instruction manual sucks, watch some YouTube videos to put it together. I like that it tilts down for hatchbacks. This is pretty much the best on the market. It's expensive but you'll never wish you'd got something else.

Of course Thule does not disappoint! Works OK with a Jeep Wrangler, however, a slight redesign would afford full functionality without removing the rack to open the tailgate. Perhaps next time? The rack itself is solid and fits the bill. Thanks

I've ordered through etrailer in the past and had outstanding service and quality products. The website is excellent and the DIY videos are extremely helpful. This recent order was processed very fast and the products were delivered within a few days. The customer service is first class as well as the processing staff. I have absolutely no negative issues with the company and highly recommend purchasing their products.

Your personal service provided me was excellent. The main problem is with the installation instructions provided by Thule that are very poor. It simply does not go into the needed detail for an accurate and complete install. Also, when you have a fat tire there is no mention on what you need to do with the straps to expand the length needed. Most people would think that this product does not work, but it does if you know what the fix is to lengthen the straps. The bottom line for me was to follow a [online] video that recognizes the confusion from the "manual" and then takes you through the clear steps to make it all work. Greg, when you have a chance, refer to "Thule T2 Pro XT and XTR Hitch Mount Bike Rack Assembly Tips" and see the comments and instructions presented. Thule most likely knows about this but they need to be reminded so further improvements can be made for their written instructions. Again Greg, your service was outstanding. The written instructions are out of your control.

Box was in terrible shape upon arrival probably explaining the 2 day delay in the delivery by UPS. Despite the outside, the product itself was unharmed. It was easy to put it together. Looks good. Solid construction. Able to support our two e-bikes.

The product is excellent. Just be careful when using the pictures-only assembly instructions. I missed the part about using the blank key to insert the locks and it cost me an extra 20 minutes.
