These full-length, 65" steel crossbars give you the space and strength to carry bigger setups like two kayaks or a kayak and a SUP side by side. Package was damaged, missing a clamp and the roof rack bars were scratched all over
The racks are solid however it appears the manufacturer doesn’t pay much attention to how the product is shipped or any type of quality control to ensure all pieces are in the box when shipped. I received the package and upon opening the box it quickly became evident that the accessory bag was completely open and was missing one of the four little gray shim/adjustment pieces as well as the keys for the lock. Etrailer was quick yo respond but ask that i ship the entire package back and wait for a return item. I felt they should have shipped replacement parts immediately but that wasn’t an option apparently. That was unfortunate and will most likely play in my decision to order from etrailer in the future

Happy with this roof rack. Wide enough to hold two Hornbeck Canoes. Locks nice to the factory rails and not difficult to install or remove.

Meet my needs exactly. Have used it to secure an enclosed top carrier without any problems.
Missing parts, broken parts, just a hassle. The only plus was the awesome customer service. Not sure I will go with this brand again.
The rack is well made...very easy to install and adjust...it will handle the two Hobie kayaks perfectly...the rectangular profile of the rack tubing will allow an outrigger extension to make loading the boats easier
This roof rack is exactly what I have been looking for for a Chevy Astrovan with factory bars. It is easy to put on and take off and rock solid once installed. etrailer.com is a great company as well!
Bars arrived scratched up. 2 months after install, the securing bolts are very badly rusted.
Was told they do not sell stainless steel bolts, and to buy from local hardware store?? Wow.
Very disappointing.

I have gotten in touch with the manufacturer and they have confirmed that the Bolts inside those SteelTop Towers should not be starting to rust at all, especially after only 2 months. The only times they have ever seen any of those Bolts start to show rust was after years of use right next to Salt Water. I have sent your information over to our customer service department for them to better assist you.
The shipping was fast and the customer service was great. These crossbars come at a great value. Although they do make a bit of noise at medium to highway speed, for the price they can’t be beat.
Fits our 2023 Subaru Forester like a glove. Well made. Like the locking feature.

Great, good value, glad I bought it.
Exactly what I needed to be able to put rooftop carrier or ski rack on top of my older suv. Works perfectly!
A small adjustment was needed in order for the brackets to mount to the factory installed roof rails. Upon completing that the rack fit good and provides adequate carrying capacity.
Excellent quality...clear instructions...solid...very pleased...fits my 2015 Ford Explorer perfectly...even the enclosed tool was well-thought out...carries my two 10-foot kayaks easily.

A year later...no signs of deterioration...easy on...easy off. Very pleased with the crossbars.
My Malone rack has worked perfectly carrying canoes and kayaks (with attachements) on dozens of occassions including to FLorida. The price for a locking rack was very good. Thanks for the study product.
Product was shipped in the Malone box and arrived with one end of the box broken open. Malone did not use any kind of reinforcement packing inside the box to secure the bars from banging around during shipping. Luckily, they arrived with only minimal scratches, but could have easily been more damaged. Normally products like this would have had some styrofoam spacers to keep them from hitting each other and reinforce the strength of the box - Malone DID NOT. I like the product and it is strong on my roof rails, but Malone needs to step up their product packaging.
Works great & we’re happy with it. However it’s not very aerodynamic in that it vibrates considerably when we drive over 55 miles/hr without a boat on top so we remove it when going anywhere without our two kayaks.
I installed the roof rack easily. The instructions were clear. The cross bars are strong and heavy. The towers adjust easily with the provided tool. It chirps a bit when I drive. I don’t mind that. I plan to carry two Hornbeck canoes.

I still love the roof rack. We took it off for the winter. It was easy to re-install. Yep. I love it
Package delivered opened, both ends of the box were smashed.
Rack inside was defiantly used.
Rack inside was damaged and broken. The plastic sheathing around the bars was partially: missing, cracked, broken, scratched mildly to deeply.
I do need to have someone in your company contact me immediately to arrange full credit and arrangements for the return. I am greatly disappointed in many ways.

Excellent solution to transporting 2 ocean kayaks without high lifts.
E-Trailers website said that my roof rack was in stock So I placed the order. Then it didn't ship for another several weeks. Obviously it wasn't in stock. This forced me to find alternate spelling solutions for my summer vacation due to the delay.
This was a terrible product which broke on installation.
