Question:

Will the Malone SteelTop Roof Rack 65 inches give me enough room to mount 2 Hullavtor kayak carriers to the top of my 2020 Honda Ridgeline with enough side clearance as to not contact the side of my vehicle?

I have a solution for you, but the Thule Hullavator # TH898 requires approximately 28.5" of bar space for each one, so it's going to be a bit of a tight squeeze on the 65" bars of the Malone SteelTop Roof Rack # MPG203 to mount two of them. The Hullavator also requires 4"-8" of space outside of each foot pack to avoid contact with the vehicle.

With that said I have a solution that's going to work better for you. I recommend using the Thule Compass # TH890000, which will allow you to carry 2 kayaks, and then use the Rhino-Rack Universal Load Assist - Crossbar Mount - Side Loading - 132 lbs # RR-RUSL to help you get the kayaks up on each side. This is a setup that will serve the same functionality as the Hullavator, but will not require purchasing two separate carriers, so it's a much more cost effective setup.
