What is the Maximum Length of the Malone SteelTop Roof Rack Crossbars?

I have a 2022 Kia Carnival with raised side rails and am looking for square tube crossbars. What is the maximum distance one of these bars can span? I measured the maximum gap between the inside edges of the side rails at 44.5. I know this is listed as 50inch length but it looks like the towers would reduced that length.

Every vehicle is different from how the towers of crossbar systems install into the factory raised rails of vehicles. It is important to note that the usable part of the crossbars is from end to end as opposed to just the measurements inside the feet. No matter how the towers attach to the rails on your 2022 Kia Carnival, the crossbars on the Malone SteelTop Roof Rack - Square Crossbars - Steel # MPG201 will still measure 50 inches from end to end. However, we do carry the Malone SteelTop Roof Rack - Square Crossbars - Raised, Factory Side Rails - Steel - 65" # MPG203. The 65-inch bars will give you 15 more inches in length. Although, both the 50-inch and 65-inch Malone SteelTop Roof racks are not confirmed to fit your 2022 Kia Carnival. At this time, we do not have any confirmed roof rack fits for that year/make/model.
